Pasta, auction and baked goods – talk about an irresistible trifecta! Ah, perhaps I am revealing too much about my weaknesses with that statement. Actually I can add another thing to the list which will make it a quadruple threat – enjoying all the above for a good cause – it gets better my the minute…justified pasta, dessert and shopping gluttony. Do you want to come with??
If so, please join me and my clan tonight at the Spaghetti Feed/Silent Auction/Baked Goods Fundraiser at the Teamsters Facility located at 21 18th Street South in Fargo from 5 -8 PM. The cost is $5.00 at the door for the spaghetti feed and all proceeds from all three portions of this fundraiser are going to the United Way of Cass-Clay’s fund to help with the Galleria residents’ unmet needs.
This event is being sponsored by the McCrackin family, Emily Patterson, and BFAM (among others who have donated items). This event is just another example of the community’s outpouring of love and support for the Galleria residents affected by the fire. So many members of the community have stepped in to help and as a parent of two of the affected residents I cannot say it often or emphatically enough – THANK YOU F/M COMMUNITY!!
So, you know where to find me and my clan tonight – we’ll be eating spaghetti, bidding on auction items and buying baked goods. Will you be there? If so please do come over and say hello…at this point we are all – more or less – extended family. 😉
