Given a cape and a nice tiara…

I became acquainted with Curly Girl Designs on one my earlier trips to Zozo (my favorite Minneapolis Airport store).  I have been buying Curly Girl items ever since.

The curly haired Leigh Standley is the artist behind Curly Girl.  I find her designs to be magical and happy and perceptive. Her designs are woman-centric and her focus is on the spirit, confidence and capability of women.  Hence, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand why I am a fan.  I love fierce girls and it is clear from her work that Leigh does too.

I buy my Curly Girl items online these days, but I delight in hearing the laughter and joy from other women in the Zozo store when they discover Curly Girl Designs.  I have a number of favorite Curly Girl designs – but I wanted to share just a few here with you to give you a taste of her work.  Enjoy. ;-)

About Ms. C

I teach at NDSU...but I remain a student of life with all the enthusiasm that entails. My favorite saying is, "Sometimes you have to take the leap and build your wings on the way down." In the new forty that is what I am doing...building my wings.
