Those who wish to sing, always find a song.

Today I share one of my newly discovered favorite things - a site called Values.com.  The site has a whole series of value-based messages – messages about character, integrity, caring, patience, reaching out to others, the power of dreaming, etc.  The site is loaded with great stuff (and I do mean loaded), but my favorite part of the site is the public service announcement television spots.  I strongly encourage you to check them out and to share them liberally with others.  The billboards are also very clever.  I particularly like the one on leadership below.

The site is sponsored by The Foundation for a Better Life.  According to the site, “The Foundation for a Better Life began as a simple idea to promote positive values. We believe that people are basically good and just need a reminder. And that the values we live by are worth more when we pass them on. ”

I like the site’s mission - living in positivity and doing the right thing.  As a Swedish Proverb on the site reminds us –  “Those who wish to sing, always find a song.”  If you are a fan of singing, you can find a joyous song  at values.com and as the site says – pass it on. ;-)

About Ms. C

I teach at NDSU...but I remain a student of life with all the enthusiasm that entails. My favorite saying is, "Sometimes you have to take the leap and build your wings on the way down." In the new forty that is what I am doing...building my wings.

On the other side, there’s Demotivator.com. It’s just a realist’s version of those motivational posters…. pretty funny stuff.
