I was fortunate to be able to serve as the advisor to our department’s first team to compete in NDSU’s Innovation Week Challenge.  The team – Regine Laurence Chauvet, Samanta Montano, Sarah Bundy, and Emmanuel Nojang – put in many hours and their hard work got them to the semifinals.

They did a great job fleshing out their innovation idea, creating a display poster that explained the innovation and its path to implementation, and presenting their innovation to the judges.  They made our department proud. Regretfully, they did not win an award in this year’s competition, but that does not mean they did not win.

Having watched the way our team carried themselves I know one thing for sure – clearly, they are winning. 😉

About Ms. C

I teach at NDSU...but I remain a student of life with all the enthusiasm that entails. My favorite saying is, "Sometimes you have to take the leap and build your wings on the way down." In the new forty that is what I am doing...building my wings.

One Response to Winning.

Congratulations to all four emergency managers for their clear and proactive thinking, and for their outstanding efforts. They are indeed winners.
